OBJECTIVE:

Create a loyalty program for Craftsman tools.

DRILL-DOWN:

Offered an instant-win game card in every pack of Craftsman “Collector Cards.” A secondary promotion offered Craftsman Club members the chance to win prizes by matching their club card numbers to numbers posted in Sears stores.

RESULTS:

Over 100,000 people participated in the promotion and sales increased by 28%.
